Carrots are great for our skin, especially in winter, when our skin needs vitamins and minerals to stay healthy and radiant! Just make sure to mash the carrots properly, otherwise you will end up with a bumpy moisturiser… 1 carrot, chopped 1 tbs plain yoghurt 1 tablespoon sour cream In a small saucepan, boil the carrots, pat dry then make a mash. Allow the carrot mash to cool completely. Add the yoghurt and sour cream for thick consistency. Apply this moisturiser to your face in the evening after cleansing. You can leave it on as moisturiser or wash it off. Keep the mixture in the refrigerator and use it up in a few days.
