Soothing geranium cleanser

Our skin regenerates and rebuilds itself during the night and sleeping with makeup on we risk in depriving skin of the most quality time, resulting in premature ageing and I am definitely not up for it! Are you?!

I love my oil cleanser, but from time to time I look for new and fresh ideas. I love cleansers that are easy to make, require as little as possible ingredients and are natural. This cleanser doesn’t last long so keep it in the refrigerator and use within 3 days.

So soothing (2)

1 egg yolk

25g oats

a little bit of water

1 tsp sweet almond oil

5 drops geranium essential gil

Start with the oats. In a bowl, cover the oats with water and leave them for about an hour. Whisk the egg together with the oil until you form a smooth paste. Add the essential oil and mix well. Strain the oats. Use the oat milk, discard the oats. Pour the milk slowly into the wash. Keep the face cleanser in a clean, preferably glass container with a lid.

Oats have skin soothing and softening properties. They become glutinous in water and are perfect for a lovely and smooth face wash. Almond oil is known for its soothing properties, it also helps to prevent moisture loss while geranium essential oil balances the skin.
